No-reason returns do not cover custom goods, clearance and Final Sale items, gift cards, or opened hygiene-sensitive merchandise; consumer remedies for damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete orders still apply.

Where is my approved refund sent?

The original payment method receives an approved COSRX refund within 5-10 business days.

Can an order be cancelled?
