Terms of Service

These Terms govern access to COSRX, purchases from the store, and the related customer-service relationship in the United States.

Account and Order Accuracy

Customers must use COSRX lawfully and provide accurate billing, delivery, order, and contact information.

USD Transactions

Prices and payments at COSRX are in USD. Taxes are charged as required by applicable law rather than under any fixed tax-free promise.

Shipping Commitments

Free standard shipping and tracking apply to U.S. orders from COSRX; the normal schedule is 1–2 business days for processing plus 4–6 business days in transit, without a guaranteed arrival date.

Return Terms

Eligible no-reason returns and exchanges are available for 30 days after delivery. COSRX pays approved return shipping, including for quality issues, and returns approved refunds to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.

COSRX excludes personalized items, Final Sale or clearance merchandise, gift cards, and opened intimate or hygiene-sensitive goods from change-of-mind returns without restricting quality-problem or non-waivable rights.

Fraud and Material Errors

Cancellation may be requested before shipment; after dispatch, the Refund Policy applies. COSRX may refuse or cancel an unlawful, unauthorized, fraudulent, or materially mispriced order.
